When you have more money coming in, it’s easier to outsource some of the behind-the-scenes work in your business and free yourself up for the stuff you enjoy doing and the parts of your biz that specifically need YOU.
It’s a very simple concept - if you want to make more money in your business, you need to make more sales.
But if you sell too many “done for you” services or too many 1:1 coaching sessions in order to make as much money as possible, you’ll burn out trying to do all of the work.
You need offers that are simple to sell AND deliver.

Stick to your zone of genius for “done for you” services.
Specialise in the work that feels easy and enjoyable to you. That thing you could do for hours and not notice the time flying by because you’re so into it. The thing you could talk about all day long! That’s your golden goose, and that can be your premium offer, which leads me to my next point…
Charge well for what you’re good at.
Remember, what feels easy and enjoyable to you isn’t easy & enjoyable for everyone. There are plenty of people out there who are looking to outsource the thing you love doing, and who are happy to pay well for it to be taken off their plate, done from start to finish, without them needing to micro-manage it.
Be strategic with your content.
When you’re posting on socials, writing emails, or creating podcast episodes, be strategic about it. Include an offer and a call to action every time so people who are ready can take the next step with you and book in for your service. You’re creating that content anyway - add the extra line that gives them the opportunity to buy from you.
Add a passive income stream to your business.
Write an eBook, make templates from work you’ve done previously, or create a mini-course. You’ll need a few days to create it and set up your platforms to sell it for you, but once it’s up and running? Effortless income.
Share affiliate offers.
If you’ve taken a course that’s really helped you, or one of your favourite entrepreneurs is selling one you know people will love, ask them if you can be their affiliate. You’re likely to be sharing their work anyway seeing you get value from it, get paid as well! You can keep it simple with a P.S. at the end of your weekly email, or you can create a dedicated email campaign for it and set it up to sell as one of your automated evergreen funnels, whatever feels best for you. Most course creators also have swipe copy ready for you to tweak, so it’s not a lot of work for what can be quite a lucrative pay day.
These are just a few options to help you free up your time and generate more revenue in your business. There are so many options out there, you just need to find the ones that work for you!
