Due to the personal nature and specific advice of intensives, we do not offer refunds. Please make sure you are certain you would like to go ahead before making your booking.

For services:

We pride ourselves on good quality service. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not happy with your service so we can attempt to find a solution that suits you.

For program students:

If you do the actions, put in your best effort, and feel that I haven’t delivered, we will issue a 100% refund. But you need to do the work, not just change your mind.
