✨ 1. List everything you’re currently doing in your business.
Admin, marketing, client work, content, all of it.
✨ 2. Put a 💛 next to the things you actually enjoy.
This is what lights you up and grows your business in a way that feels good.
✨ 3. For everything else, decide: Ditch it, delegate it, or automate it.
👉 Ditch: Is it even necessary? If it’s not moving the needle, let it go.
👉 Delegate: Can someone else handle it? A VA, a contractor?
👉 Automate: Use systems and templates to do it for you (emails, onboarding, content scheduling).
✨ 4. Take action one step at a time.
You don’t need to overhaul everything at once. Start with one task this week.
